(Sioux Center) Atlantic graduate Garrett Franken scored 15 points for Dordt on Saturday in an 83-72 win over Midland.
Franken tops 1,000 career points in his third year with the Defenders. He’s helped lead the team to a 5-0 record with averages of 14 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.
Franken’s older brother Dalton also was a 1,000 point scorer for Dordt. They become the second pair of brothers in program history to each reach 1,000 points.
